Personal Assistant to CEO

The position:

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO and the management team. This position is right for you if you come with high energy and motivation, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. You are also excited to work closely with senior executives and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-growing startup company.

A day in the life:

  • Meet the CEO and company's specific goals by arranging, managing, and coordinating all aspects of day-to-day calendar and operations
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls, and offsite meetings for the company’s top executives
  • Build relationships with members of leadership and other key global partners, customers, and investors
  • Manage the CEO’s personal daily schedule
  • Facilitate personal and professional daily tasks and errands
  • Plan business trips, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential material
  • Available to work full days in the office with the CEO, with flexibility for after-hours to handle urgent matters

You bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Native English - exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience working in a fast-paced workplace environment.
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented and able to plan and prioritize tasks while working under pressure
  • Independent thinker with a proactive approach
  • Great interpersonal skills, service orientated and a team player
